20xAI runs this website to tell businesses about AI at Work and to book discovery calls. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

What we collect

• When you book a call: your name, email, company, team size, the AI tool you use and anything else you type into the booking form. Bookings are handled by Calendly.
• When you sign up for the team check-up: your name, work email, company, team size, and whether you asked for AI tips by email. These details are stored in HubSpot, our customer database.
• When you visit: anonymous page-view statistics through Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies.
• LinkedIn Insight Tag: every page of this site loads LinkedIn's Insight Tag, whether or not you arrived from LinkedIn. It sets cookies that let LinkedIn record your visit, tell us when someone who saw our LinkedIn ads books a call or signs up, and show our ads to past visitors. We only see totals; LinkedIn does not tell us who you are. You can opt out in your LinkedIn ad settings or by blocking third-party cookies in your browser.

Why we collect it

To hold the call you booked, send you the check-up you asked for, and follow up about the program. We only send marketing emails, such as AI tips, if you tick the box to ask for them, and every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link.

Who else sees it

Calendly, HubSpot, Vercel and LinkedIn process data for us as service providers, and may store it outside Canada, including in the United States. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep contact details while we have a working relationship or an open conversation with you, and delete them when you ask or when they are no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw consent to marketing emails at any time. Reply to any email from us and we'll respond within 30 days.
